Startappz struck a new partnership with Jordanian medical content platform AlTibbi to provide users of Diabetes Test and Nabdat with premium medical content, both Startappz and AlTibbi aim to provide Arabic speaking users with tools to help raise health care standards in the region. Startappz’ full collaboration with AlTibbi will result in an integration between AlTibbi’s Q&A platform which answers hundreds of questions each day, with four of Startappz’ m-health applications.
Nabdat and Diabetes Test applications are available on both Android and iOS, Nabdat, an application that uses your mobile phone’s camera and flash as an oximeter measuring your resting heart beat, while Diabetes Test is a diagnostics app providing a series of questions to then measure the probability of having diabetes, both applications will soon have integrated content from AlTibbi.
AlTibbi, which started out as an Arabic-to-Arabic medical dictionary translating 65,000 medical terms, is now one of the biggest sources of Arabic medical content on the internet.
